What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect your vehicle registration, mileage and vehicle details, your name, phone number, postcode and, if you give it, your email address and any notes.
How we use it
We use your details only to value your vehicle, contact you about your quote and arrange collection and payment if you sell to us. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone else for marketing.
Vehicle lookups
When you enter a registration, we may check it with the DVLA vehicle enquiry service to show the vehicle's year, colour and fuel type. This uses the registration only.
How long we keep it
If you do not sell to us, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do, we keep sale records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by emailing anyvehicles@gmail.com or calling 0800 206 2332. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
